Full Proposal Phase Consortia with an approved PO are invited to submit a Full Proposal (FP). The FP is more detailed than the PO and describes a project’s milestones and deliverables taking into account the recommendations made in the PO evaluation report. While preparing an FP, you must maintain close communication with the Public Authorities in participating countries. How to submit a Full Proposal (FP): FPs should be submitted to the CATRENE Office for evaluation by the CATRENE Steering Groups and Public Authorities, via the CATRENE web tool. The FP must be prepared according to the FP guidelines and using the FP Annex template. FP evaluation FPs are evaluated by the CATRENE Steering Groups and Public Authorities in line with the selection criteria. Based on the evaluation results, the Steering Groups will provide a recommendation for labelling to the Support Group. After labelling Once a project is labelled, a Project Consortium Agreement (PCA) must be signed by all partners that must be handed over to Public Authorities.
