  • Cooperation (strengths of the consortium, benefits for Europe, added-value, balance of shared resources)

  • Impact (exploitation,  standardisation, employment, dissemination, societal needs)

In addition, specific requirements can be defined for each call for proposals (eg. scope, technical focus).
